Rehab Worker Fired after Lohan Incident

The Betty Ford clinic in Los Angeles confirmed today that they have fired a rehab employee that spoke to the press after an altercation with Lindsay Lohan.
The incident started over the weekend when a party was held in the sober living house on the Betty Ford campus. The rehab worker, Dawn Holland, said that she responded to the noise and the door was answered by Lohan. According to Holland, Lohan was drinking and became violent.
Holland was then placed on administrative leave pending a full investigation. She claimed that Lohan pushed her so hard that she sprained her arm and also caused bruising. She then filed a battery complaint against Lohan.
At some point Holland then spoke with popular celebrity gossip site TMZ and spoke about the incident and Lohan. This, the Betty Ford officials have said, is against the policies and rules that Holland signed with agreeing to employment with the company.
Now all that stands is the battery charge. If Lohan is arrested on the charge then her probation, the reason why she is in rehab, could be revoked again and that could land her in jail.
However, Lohan and several employees of the clinic have said that Lohan had nothing to drink that night and also there is video footage of the incident that shows Holland as the aggressor in the case. If this holds true then Holland could be charged with filing a false police report on top of being fired from her position.
