Sunday was a day of upsets in the NFL after the Green Bay Packers defeated the Chicago Bears and the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the New York Jets to seal the deal for Super Bowl XLV.

Neither of the teams that made it to the big game were favored to win on Sunday. However, both the Jets and Bears seemed unable to make anything happen in the games.

The Bears were down 14 to 0 early on in the game and managed only to score a touchdown before the final whistle was blown. The Bears used all of their quarterbacks during the game but they were unable to make the big plays. The team further killed their chances when they intercepted a pass only to allow the ball to be turned over just a down later.

With the Steelers and the Jets things were a bit different. It was evident that the Steelers were hungry for a win and they played with the best possible precision that any team in the NFL could hope for.

Nonetheless, the Steelers and Packers are lined up for the big game in Miami. Tickets for the game have already sold out and it appears that the president is set to make an appearance as well.

The two teams will share a common bond as they battle over the top title that can be bestowed in NFL football. The big game is said to be airing on three different television stations through normal broadcast and cable rights.
