Brett Favre sat down with reporters in Chicago last night to discuss how he wants his 20th season with the NFL to end.

Favre has been looking for that storybook ending for his long career for a while now but it has been elusive. Flip flopping back and forth on retirement and playing, Favre is obviously searching for something and that something is a Super Bowl win for the Minnesota Vikings.

However, that dream may stay a dream. The team has managed only three wins this season and they are having trouble getting it together on the field. But, Favre believes that his team can pull it off if they can manage to win the next two games at least.

Favre was asked about the loss of Randy Moss. He was rather vague in his commenting on the issue. Moss was considered the best of the best for the team and with Favre he had 13 catches, 174 yards and two touchdowns in just 4 games before the team waived him.

This was obviously a devastating loss for Favre who was looking forward to a bright future with the star receiver. Despite the efforts by Favre and Moss, the team lost three of those four games, which led to the waiver.

Favre was asked point-blank if he would return for the 2011 season to which he responded “No.” However, many are inclined to take this statement with a grain of salt as Favre has said that same thing for the past four years when asked at the midway point in a season.
