AT&T Now Worst US Wireless Carrier

A new poll in the US released this morning shows that AT&T is the worst wireless carrier in the entire industry.

This is a damning blow to the overall health of AT&T who is the main carrier for the Apple products in the wireless industry. For the past year customers have been rebelling against the heavy-handed methods that AT&T has used to retain their wireless customers.

The main problem for most customers has been the fact that AT&T has much higher prices for each of their plans as well as a lower grade of customer service. But they remain a popular service because of their line of Apple products that are available only through their company.

According to the poll, consumers all over the US are looking to other networks for their wireless needs. This could prove difficult for AT&T to hold on to the dominance they now enjoy with certain wireless devices and plans.

The company has yet to respond to the latest poll but other companies have gone on the offensive with their newest advertising. Several wireless carriers are using the downfall of AT&T to their advantage, helping their own cause by boosting customer counts.

Industry leaders have said that it is likely that Apple will be looking for a new carrier for their products when the AT&T contract expires in the coming year. At this point Verizon is rumored to be the top choice for executives at Apple to consider a new wireless contract.
