The Texas Rangers have managed to start their comeback run in the World Series. Last night they took Game 3, 4-2 over the Giants.

Now the fans of the long troubled team are guaranteed to see at least two more games at their home field in Arlington.

However, the Rangers still have to continue to pull in the magic for the upcoming games. They quickly dropped the first two games and fans were crushed that their team may be swept out of the series.

Yet, the team pulled off an amazing win last night while feeding on the energy of the home turf. A record number of fans packed the house in Arlington, waving white towels and cheering on the team that has never before seen a World Series.

Both teams in this year’s World Series are hungry. The Giants have not seen the big game since moving to California decades ago. The Texas Rangers have never even gotten close in the history of the franchise.

Rumors persist that the Rangers will start Cliff Lee again in Game 4. He will be coming off a very short rest period and many are concerned about his arm. However, he is likely the best choice to tie the series for the team.

If the Rangers can win the next two games then the series will move back to California. This will be a change for the Rangers as their American League pitchers are not used to having to step into the batter’s box. The coaches have started requiring batting practice for all pitchers to prepare for the move.
